About Us
Heather and Jen are a coach/athlete duo that talk about all things running during a weekly podcast. Heather has been an athlete for most of her life. She took her love of swimming and entered the triathlon world, eventually crushing Ironman. She eventually married her love of running and all things Disney and tackled a number of runDisney runs. This is where she met Jen. Jen began running during her weight loss journey half a dozen years ago. She previously only ran from base to base as a varsity softball player and loathed running. But thanks to her friends and a supportive network, she ran her first 5K. Heather and Jen met as Jen was training for her first half marathon and eventually her first full marathon thanks to Heather’s encouragement. The two are now dear friends and share a coach/athlete relationship. This friendship and love for running comes through on their podcast.

Customer Reviews
Wealth of knowledge for new runners and runDisney fans
When I ran my first 5K at Princess 2020, I fell in love with running, especially at Disney. This is where I started to reach out for more information and found this podcast. I have learned so much from this podcast about running, how I see myself as an athlete, and about runDisney events. The knowledge that Coach Heather and Jen have is extensive, and they make this running experience a joy to learn. I love listening to them on my runs, laughing and smiling as I listen. It’s like having my friends with me on my runs. They truly have helped me feel part of this running community. Thank you for continuing this podcast and helping to grow this community.
Excellent Resource and so much more
Honestly this is a real runners podcast! Not about faster or thinner or fixing what’s wrong! This podcast is about positivity- celebrating successes - sharing lessons learned! Thank you for all you do to prepare and make this podcast the quality product it is!
Great podcast
I look forward to the weekly content and love how listening to this has made me realize that even if I don’t get any faster or ever finish a marathon I can still call myself a runner. Keep up the great work ladies 😀
