    Sounding like opposite ends of a spectrum, affirmations and disbelief are not so different. In fact, affirmations come for the disbelief in yourself and the lack of surety. Today we’ll talk about this more. Have a listen.

    People tend to try to master breathing by only thinking about breathing in certain regards or certain breathing practices instead of understanding the nature and depth of what breath really is.
