Relatable and refreshing

Jess knows her stuff! She is so relatable and normalizes what so many of us are thinking/questioning/analyzing/debating, especially those of us in recovery. Really loved this last episode about people pleasing. Time to stop handing over those keys and start knowing who you are and what you need/want.
