Thank you Michael

I had the pleasure of completing about 300 hours of in person training with Michael. I always felt a bit sad that I couldn’t attend his weekly centre of gravity talks. I feel blessed that this podcast series gives me the opportunity to keep learning from him. This collection of podcasts is a real gift to the world. I still miss Michael very much but feel comforted in all that he left us.

Love this podcast!

I really enjoy how every podcast encourages me to contemplate my life and how to continually reassess how I practice. I recommend this podcast to all my friends, and colleagues and students as well as all Michael Stones books.

Essential listening for yogis and meditators asking, “What next?"

Michael’s books have always been a bright spot in my yoga library, a welcome melange of philosophy, contemporary theory, stories, and observation. He walks the perfect balance of academic (citing his sources) and creator (new content), and I’m so grateful his podcasts are available and accessible to all.

It also helps that his pacing and tone making for easy listening and digestion of the content.
