Hear and Now with Michael

I have been listening to the teaching within this podcast for over a year now. I’m disheartened that I had never met him, attended his retreats or dharma talks in person. If I could only thank him for the many many ways he has helped to transform my life, the gentle and clear way he communicates his teachings allowing me to look inwards with the kindness and support he shares. What a gift he was to this world. ❤️

Thank you Michael

I had the pleasure of completing about 300 hours of in person training with Michael. I always felt a bit sad that I couldn’t attend his weekly centre of gravity talks. I feel blessed that this podcast series gives me the opportunity to keep learning from him. This collection of podcasts is a real gift to the world. I still miss Michael very much but feel comforted in all that he left us.

Love this podcast!

I really enjoy how every podcast encourages me to contemplate my life and how to continually reassess how I practice. I recommend this podcast to all my friends, and colleagues and students as well as all Michael Stones books.
