This is a no frills, insight heavy podcast by a guy who knows what he’s talking about. Podcasts are short and to the point. 100% worth is for his perspective

Discusses problems, not solutions

Titles are misleading - “how to work around KPIs and crush your numbers” discusses the problems and shortfalls with focussing too much attention and energy on KPIs. However, there is little to no discussion of the actual ‘how-to’. After listening to more episodes (ex. How to get out of the Rep Zone) this became a trend. I would benefit more from learning the actual ‘how-to’ and receiving advice. Discussing problems is of little benefit.
