Power of now

Thanks for your great Podcast . I love the book and I have an audiobook that I listen regularly in my car. It has changed my life and I do recommend it to other physicians too. Mindfulness and meditation as you all mentioned in your talk, will effectively prevent physician’s burn out and boredom. Great talk!

Awesome!!!

Just listened to the podcast driving to work. Congratulations on being leaders in physician wellness and great idea for a podcast. There is a wonderful group of physicians at RCH/ERH. Excited to hear their stories.

Very much needed discussion, great to hear!

Great to hear a forum for this discussion, especially coming from attendings. This has often felt like a "resident-only" topic. Very interested in hearing about any practical tips on initiatives that have been shown to improve physician wellness. As you've mentioned, it can be tricky asking people to volunteer their time to attend wellness events. This is a great medium!
