This podcast touches me personally. I’m a mom of three, was a runner, working full time while starting a business. I was a hockey mom and had a passion for helping others and then I had a heart attack at 34. Now I am re learning stress management, balancing everything and taking care of myself.
This podcast is exactly what I needed before my visit to the hospital and hopefully will help many other moms to take care of themselves to!
