Awesome everything!

I absolutely love this podcast. I’ve been following Amber for over a year on Instagram and LOVE her content. She is REAL and that’s what drew me to her and her instagram and her everything. Not only do I love that she is real, the things she say just make sense to me in the health industry and she is relatable. I recommend her to everybody and I love the podcast. I love the variety, I love the content, I love what I’m learning or relating or resonating with and it is very uplifting.

Feel like I have hit the jackpot coming across this podcast. Almost everything that Amber says clicks with me and is easy to apply. I have listened to some of the first few episodes two and three times and taken notes!
