I had never heard of macros before finding this podcast. Listened to lol of them joe and am a regular subscriber. Very informative. Covers every topic related to macro counting in one podcast or another. Supportive and energetic coaching. Well worth the listen.

Very informative

I started listening to this podcast while I’m doing housework and it has made such a difference to my mindset. Amber has a way of describing things so they make sense. The way she describes things makes it easy to understand and stick with you. She has this positive, motivating way of giving you information, plus so much passion, you can tell she puts her heart and soul into these podcast. Can not recommend enough!
