Why has no one told me about HA before now?

I have dealt with amenorrhea since my early 20s (I’m now 46). All doctors have just brushed it off because I’m thin. Blood labs said everything was ‘normal’ so I should just either go on the pill or gain 10lbs. Now, thanks to Amber, I finally have something to question, test for and potentially resolve!
I can’t get the cost and disappointment of unsuccessful rounds of fertility treatments back but hopefully I can resolve all the other conditions and side effects related to this undiagnosed issue.
Thank you Amber for always bringing new information forward.

I am brand new to macro counting and I found Biceps After Babies Radio in a search for more information about it. I quickly became obsessed with the podcast because it is just SO informative. The topics Amber discusses reached me in ways far beyond just how to count and track your macros. I have learned so much from her that has helped me both mentally and physically in my journey.
