Dr. Chris Friesen is a psychologist and primarily works with elite athletes to improve their performance. He is the director of Friesen Sport and Performance Psychology, and is the author of “ACHIEVE: Find Out Who You Are, What You Really Want, And How To Make It Happen”
Chris’s motivation to work with these high performing athletes stems from his own experience with struggling to perform. He enjoys helping others get over the barriers in their lives as well as
helping others boost their performance and lead a happier and more meaningful life.
Chris goes into an in depth discussion on Biohacking, specifically what it is, the benefits of doing it, and how to push past all the noise to find biohacking principles that are safe in order to try them for yourself.
He encourages others to approach things with curiosity and acceptance of where you are at , acknowledging that reality and then moving forward.
