One of the great podcasts

A Great Listening Experience is a fun, easy listen. Joe Zimmerman is one of my favourite comedians (listen to “Smiling and Wolves” and “Innocence”, two of the greatest comedy albums of all time) and the chemistry between himself and Tom Cowell is perfect! Joe is enduringly (and sometimes frustratingly) credulous and unapologetically “woke” but is kept in check by the pragmatic and well-informed libertarian, Tom. Despite radically different political and economic views (and knowledge), their friendship shines through and gives each episode a warm and welcoming feel. Add to that fun guests, occasional riddles, and hilarious sound-bumps and you have yourself a pretty solid podcast!
Well done Joe and Tom!

It’s great

Joe and Tom bring up lots of interesting topics with funny and insightful banter. I binged the show within a week! I also find Joe’s voice is quite calming.

Funny and Educational - A Treat for the Ears

Joe Zimmerman - one of the top stand-up comedians performing today - is joined by his producer/sidekick/friend/British funnysmarty pants Tom Cowell to discuss topics that will help Joe achieve his goal for Universal knowledge. Listening to Joe is always a treat but Tom is a happy revelation. He is Super smart (average smart for a Bristish person) and the perfect person to act as an advisor for Joe in his quest. Their comedic and friendship dynamic is pitch perfect. While critics (Rolling Stones, Time Magazine, Good Morning Football) have labelled Joe as the nice one and Tom as the mean one IMO they are both Two of the Greats.
