038| Your Vision is Worthy of Preparing with Jenn Laforet

    Your vision is yours alone.

When I chose to release everything that wasn't a match to my values or goals, I allowed myself to align with what was in harmony with them.

In the renewal of that moment, I remembered that my vision was indeed mine alone. Not only that, but I knew that it was now and always had been worthy. The gift of space within the pages of my journal allowed me to uncover that awareness and reclaim it. I now know that it was all within me.

    I only had to look.

In this episode, I share a bloom note and journal prompt from my season of new beginnings.

It's your turn to look as you release, renew, nurture and love yourself within.

So that you, too, can reclaim and work from your vision, knowing that it is yours alone.

It is now and always has been worthy, just as you are.

    I'm so glad you're here.

Episode 038 is the final instalment of the Bloom Notes in Bloom podcast.

I have loved every minute of sharing these conversations with you.

Thirty-eight hours of powerful stories with guests from around the world.

The intention of this podcast was always to be an extension of the five guided reflection journals that I created.

Stories you could connect to as you craft your own narrative and navigate change within the privacy of your pages.

The reference to more solo episodes to dig into those themes over the next few months? That looks like you taking time for yourself.

You’ve already proven you can show up for yourself week after week. Now it’s time to continue the work you’ve already begun.

Those new guest episodes in 2023 I mentioned in the final episode?

They are you sharing your stories in your own life with those who are worthy of receiving them because your voice and words matter, now and always.

In 38 episodes, Bloom Notes in Bloom touched the hearts and minds of women and men around the world, with listeners in:

    Canada
    Australia
    Finland
    Ireland
    United States
    United Kingdom
    Germany
    Philippines
    Spain
    India
    Thailand
    Netherlands
    Russia
    Denmark

Other creative projects will unfold, but in the meantime, I’m celebrating the completion of a chapter with this body of work that I could not be more proud of.

    With love and gratitude,
    Jenn

036 | Courage and Taking Chances on Yourself to Become a Loving and Nurturing Partner in Your Own Life with Jenn Laforet

036 | Courage and Taking Chances on Yourself to Become a Loving and Nurturing Partner in Your Own Life with Jenn Laforet

One of the things that I think is worth noting at the beginning of this episode is that courage is not reserved for big moments.

When we practice our courage in those small moments when we are demonstrating our courage, that can matter the most:

Having that difficult conversation that we've been avoiding.
    Asking for what we need.
Saying no because we don't want to say yes.

Those moments of courage are really when we are recommitting and actively demonstrating love, care, trust, respect and acceptance of ourselves.

In allowing yourself those small moments of courage throughout the day, you're really giving yourself that gift of saying that your voice matters.

    Your actions matter.

You are someone that you can count on.

You have your best interests at heart.

That you are doing what's best for you with no explanation required.

035| Letting Your Heart Take the Lead as You Reimagine What's Possible for You After a Season of Change with Jennifer Waters

In this episode, I have the pleasure of introducing you to Jennifer Waters.

Jennifer is a writer, photographer and dog wellness advocate. She studies the science and soul of dog health and happiness.

As a pet photographer for a decade, Jennifer heard stories from her clients about the incredible healing power of dogs. But her life changed dramatically when she experienced that healing power first-hand with her own four dogs.

Today, her mission is to share the simple practices that helped her, and her dogs get healthier and happier together.

“If you ask me about courage and taking chances on yourself, I’ve learned that the most courageous part of all was simply asking my heart what it wanted. The rest—the part that actually looks like courage to the outside world—is really just a fun, magical carpet ride once you have the courage to line up with what your heart truly wants.”

Empathy and heartfelt truths are always close at hand in conversation with Jennifer.

It's my pleasure to share her with you.
