David is a Real Estate Investor with over 15 years of experience.   He first started investing in Real Estate when he was in college, at the age of 21 years old, at the University of Missouri-Columbia.  David specializes in wholesaling properties (finding motivated sellers and flipping their houses) as well as teaching others how easy it is to learn how they too can wholesale Real Estate for huge profits.  David and his team have wholesaled over 700 houses to date and his company “House Sold Easy” averages about 8-12 wholesales a month. 
 
David is also the Co-Author of “The Ultimate Guide to Wholesale Real Estate” Book.   He has a podcast “Discount Property Investor” that teaches people all about wholesaling real estate as well as tons of tips and tricks about marketing, wholesaling, and specifically wholesaling properties and finding motivated sellers as well as finding motivated seller lists.
