Hilarious & useful TL;DR about popular books

Love their commitment, hilarious commentary, and very insightful takes on the most popular self-help books out there. Such a great way to get a distilled version of the most important points, and some critical perspective about them too.

Binge worthy

I absolutely love this podcast! These gals are funny, honest and real. I’ve read a few of these books and their take is often very different than mine and they give me lots of food for thought and a fresh perspective on many of the topics. Their hubbys are the best sports.

Used to be great but...

Loved it for a long time. New season seems like it's so whiny. Jolenta in particular. Would love for them to call out when they have messed up and it's not the fault of the book. For example, Jolenta being late for a friend's birthday dinner because she took a nap really means she didn't set an alarm. Not that naps aren't effective. Or not giving examples of alternatives for the temperature and the light recommendations in the sleep Revolution. Instead they just call Arianna Huffington a major contributor to global warming and AGAIN whine without giving a helpful suggestion.
