True balance and peace

I love how accessible these meditations are. They are short enough to fit in to my day with ease yet they can shift me out of the space of tension / stress and into a new place with awareness of my breath. I’m so grateful for this podcast channel and Tracey’s fantastic voice delivering the wise messages I need at the right time. 🧘‍♂️I’m sending lots of magic and loving kindness out to you other fellow listeners in podcast land.
