In this episode, my guest is Ciara Crawford, a human occupational therapist that also helps horses succeed at their occupations. We bounce back and forth between the human and equine modalities of massage, myofascial release, and kinesiology for supporting and healing the body. We also discuss the huge roll the fascia plays in the body. She also introduces us to her equine kinesiology taping courses and how every horse owner can benefit from the knowledge and ability to tape their own horse.
