Healing my gut and seeing the results

I absolutely love listening to the wide variety of topics this amazingly talented woman puts out. Great content and well researched. To the point though; I have Sjrogrens (autoimmune disorder which has left me with no tears or saliva. I have been following the 131 method for 10 weeks and for the last 8 days I have had saliva again! Seriously! I have had zero saliva for 15 years!! My brain literally reminds me now every 15 minutes to swallow. That’s right, its been so long since I’ve had too that I don’t yet automatically do it on my own yet! I first saw results in the first 2 weeks when I dropped inflammation weight (a few fat pounds I’m sure too😉) and my digestive system is finally functioning. Wow! I can’t say enough about this program and the information I have received from it!

Great content but.....

While there is tremendous value in the well thought out, well researched content, I do find the multiple commercials sprinkled within the podcast are very distracting and takes away from the user experience and connectivity with the host.
