In this interview, Jeffrey Adler was fresh off of an amazing 5th place finish at the 2022 NoBull CrossFit Games.  In addition to now being the reigning "Fittest Man on Earth", the proud Canadian is also the co-owner of CrossFit Wonderland in Montreal with his coach and fiancé Caroline Lambray. In this episode Jeffrey talks with Jamie about his successful experience at the CrossFit Games, coaching classes at his Montreal gym, CrossFit Wonderland, and how he and Caroline work well together as both coach and elite athlete and as business partners.
