Starting my own firm

I recently began researching starting my own accounting firm and listening to this podcast has helped affirm I am on the right track and has kept the impostor syndrome to a minimum! I particularly enjoyed the dive into what the heck is goodwill and how do we keep our designation relevant.

Best way to keep up to date on Cloud Tech / Accounting news

Thanks Blake and David for the great content. I started my cloud accounting firm in Canada about three years ago and was always listening for relevant accounting podcasts. There was a lot out of Australia and New Zealand but I struggled to find a great North American based program. This fit the bill and I was an early and avid listener. Thanks for continuing to bring great insights and keep us in the know. Your friends in the north are listening.

Essential Content in a Quick and Informative Format

I started a new venture in the spring, and the prospect of learning about the different technologies available seemed daunting. I was too busy working with clients to do the heavy research and product testing I knew I needed to do. Listening to the back catalog of the Cloud Accounting Podcast gave me the information I needed to pick, test, and implement a tech stack and talk somewhat knowledgeably about the changing realities of Fin Tech as it impacts my clients and their accountants. Thanks for the great work! Sean Birdsell, Founder, Birdsell Consulting in Victoria, BC, Canada.
