Dr. Robert Elliott is a pediatric dentist and the owner of Cary Pediatric Dentistry in Cary, North Carolina. "Bobby" is an active leader within the AAPD, a pediatric dental consultant, and also the founder and owner of a very successful private practice pediatric office. He frequently lectures at the AAPD annual session to young doctors on practice management topics and leadership skills. Dr. Elliott owns two pediatric dentistry consulting companies. Pedo Springboard is a one-on-one consultation service for young pediatric dentists interested in doing a startup. His second company, Pediatric Dental Directions, is a consulting company more tailored to improving systems, numbers, and KPIs in more established practices. Dr. Elliott also runs Pedo Boot Camp, a CE course designed to help practice owners improve the efficiency of their systems in their practices.
