A Leadership Must Listen!
I have led a small non-profit for years and had heard of Craig but never listened to a podcast or read one of his books. At the end of the summer, I was challenged by a younger colleague to listen to the podcast. Wow! What insight and wisdom! I have now consumed all 80 podcasts in about two months. Will not miss another episode and excited about using the material with my team.
