Creating MORE Happiness Healthy Mom Mindset

How can you experience MORE happiness every single day?

That's exactly what we are going to talk about it in this episode.

Last week, I had you do a happiness audit and write down ALL of the things that brought you joy and happiness. It could be as small as the way you prepare your coffee, to doing your makeup in the morning, or taking a walk outside with the kids. If it made you happy, then it counts. I hope you did the assignment because now we get to BUILD on it in this weeks Monday Mindset.

If you're waiting for more happiness to just show up in your life, you're going to be waiting a really long time. It's your job to create it. So lets move on to Step 2, where I show you how to do MORE of the things you wrote in your happiness audit.
