In E021, Adam J.D. Martin discusses his journey in real estate so far at the ripe young age of 25. Adam started investing at 24 years old with a large student loan and almost no income after having quit his job. Adam trusted the process, and his mentor, Matt McKeever, and decided to go all in on his strategy. In this episode Adam discusses how he started 'wholesaling' properties by papering neighbourhoods with 'yellow letters'. Adam would find willing sellers, assign the contracts and make money by charging the end buyer a fee. He was able to do all of this because of a strong sphere of influence with his community and with his mentor. I really love Adam's story because its a testament to the fact that none of us really have an excuse to not take action.
