Amazing Content

These two have the most amazing podcast and have helped me loose the weight when I was stuck. I was addicted to sugar and carbs. Now my nutrition is overhauled. I have lost weight and still loosing weight. I feel less hungry I barely have sugar cravings.
All just because I was fed up found them and listened to them every morning on my commute to work. Thanks guys your podcast lifted me and educated me. It helped me understand why I do things and realizing my weekend slips were leading me nowhere all. I have spent so much on instagram plans that did nothing. Just listening to you everyday since January did the trick in reorienting my mindset. Love you guys.

I thought I knew stuff...

I have firmly beleived for 40 years that if I wanted to get fit and lose weight, I had to spend hours and hours a week doing cardio. Loved finding out I was wrong!
