Calming

Very relaxing podcast, thanks guys!

Not a meditation

This is really not a guided mediation. The speaker takes more time speaking about her other products than the meditation.

The tone she uses is that of an adult speaking to a child or teenager that she thinks is stupid.

Worse of all she says, now let sit in silence. Which is fine, but they is no come out, no bell, so all of a sudden you are shocked out of any stillness you have gotten by the silence by another different podcast. It was alarming.
