Great, just not what I was expecting

I love how the topics she decides to cover are relevant to what is going on in the world.
My only issue is that it doesn’t really guide you through a meditation - so it’s not what I was expecting. Instead the podcast is a good guide on what to focus on when you’re meditating on your own. Just make sure to turn off the podcast as soon as she stops talking otherwise it’ll run into the next one.
