I never write reviews. I usually don’t listen to full episodes on podcasts; but The Soul Awakening Podcast and Kat Fowler have me listening in and re-listening to episodes and wanting more because she explains ALL of the steps of awakening and tells you what the general feeling in each stage are and guides you in the right path. I’ve been so lost because I felt on the verge of an awakening but felt blocked, lost, afraid in a way like a newborn puppy and I tried to find a podcast to help shed light on the whole experience with exasperating tries and errors until I found this one! I am so grateful this podcast exists! Thank you Kat Fowler for this amazing gift you put out into this world!

Great podcast on spiritual awakening✨
This podcast is a great introduction for beginners on different spiritual themes and schools of thought. Interesting guests and Kat is a great host and interviewer, her voice and energy is calm and soothing. Would love to hear more solo-episodes where she discusses different topics and her own experiences.
