As promised I will speaking about relationships. Yes, I will be opening up and speaking about my love life but before I open that can of worms, I want to speak about two other types of relationships that to me are the foundation of all other relationships. Relationships are complex, complicated and also difficult so I would like to break these up into different segments. This will be the first segment where we discuss the relationships with the self, it's by far the most important and the most powerful one of all. Secondly, I will touch upon the relationships with parents, guardians or caregivers.
