Great episode!
Thanks for the entertaining podcast.Melissa, I appreciated your candour and inside look at what went on behind the scenes of the show during your season. Hearing that, and resting your book, It's a reminder that really the focus of the program is money and ratings and "finding love" is really secondary.
It's great though if your experience helped you get where you needed to in your life to find your happily ever after. As you posted last night, everything turned out in the end (for you and your husband, and Jason and Molly).
It's a shame Arie didn't take a beat, reflect on yours and Jason's painful on camera experience and give some actual thought to how he handled things with Becca . He now says he did it so "everyone would understand WHY and so that Becca could become The Bachelorette." That shouldn't have been the priority but he really wanted to come out like a good guy when he was shady. And to try to manipulate things so Becca could be The Bachelorette .... pa-lease. She didn't need his help as everyone already loved her.
Hope you guys keep the podcast going. It's fun!
