The holidays are not typically the time you think about losing weight, BUT it is also a time when you do not have to gain weight. Studies show that many people gain weight throughout the 6 last weeks of the year, and that's the additional weight they carry into their future. Of course, the next step in this cycle is the old New Years Resolution to lose this weight. And we all know how that typically ends don't we? 

So in this episode I go over many of the MINDSET shifts you have to make to ensure you best case lose some weight, worse case don't gain any weight over the holidays.
