He’s been traveling around the world talking about his innovative peer-to-peer coaching program for bile duct injuries. Not only is this such an important clinical topic that virtually every general surgeon in the world has to deal with, but his group’s approach to coaching is something that we should be trying to replicate on a national and international level.
