Amazing

Very hard to hear, but Millie understands the steps of how someone with an ED feels and has gone through.
Her voice is soothing, she speaks from the heart. I felt myself getting emotional at points because she makes me feel heard.
Can’t wait for more episodes to come out. This has helped me so much & I hope you choose to listen to this.
