Amazing fitness podcast

I enjoy this podcast for the health tips. Includes advice for your mind, body and overall well being. Doesn't focus on eating or food as much but more fitness and mental approaches to training and working out. Especially focusing on what it takes to push your limits physically and mentally. Absolutely my favourite podcast right now and I'm always wanting more.

Fantastic

I wish I could give this podcast 6 stars, I love this Podcast!!! Originally, I found this podcast through their website, EndofThree Fitness, and I was instantly intrigued. This podcast is everything I want out of a podcast, I has entertaining hosts, good, high quality information, scientific experiments, and frequent additions. Recently, I hadn't been keeping up with the emails, and I had no idea they released a second season. I was extremely worried they had ended the podcast, and I began looking for other podcasts to fill the gap. No other podcast would suffice. This has become my favourite podcast, to listen to in the car, on the bus, during my workouts, while doing homework, or whenever I get the chance. This is, undoubtedly, one high quality podcast, and a must-listen.
