I look forward to this show each week as Dr Mariza. I am a perimenopausal woman and she gives me hope, information and empathy on what I have been experiencing. Just normalizing these symptoms is helpful and I don’t feel I am alone in it!

I really enjoyed the episode on stress/burn out from June. A lot of great insight and very practical. I would add basic (not complicated) Tai Chi and acupuncture.
