It was a mother’s intuition that something was wrong. Olga Kasian’s daughter Iana had just given birth to a baby girl and now she was missing. But Olga knew where she was. She was in a West Hollywood apartment with her boyfriend, a wealthy Canadian producer who had gained mediocre success with a graphic novel that explored the mind of a serial killer.
It would take the police two days to check on Iana and when they did they would discover a horrific crime scene. Her boyfriend would be charged with her killing and prosecutors would contend that like a B-grade Hollywood horror film he used scenes right out of his graphic novel as a blueprint for torture, mutilation and murder.
