Fear has been a theme lately with my clients, with my family, friends, and myself. But not in the traditional sense. More of in a loving and exploratory sense. Sometimes you need to look directly at the thing that scares you the most. It is getting your attention for a reason and listening to that deep fear can sometimes help you know what the next step is.
