Elizabeth Eldridge helps people help people.  As a psychological health and safety consultant, Elizabeth is passionate about supporting organizations in adopting mentally healthy policies and practices to make the workplace a better place to be for all.  She is also the founder and director of Arpeggio (pronounced “ahr-PEJ-ee-oh”) Health Services which, since the company’s birth in 2012, has grown into Atlantic Canada’s largest provider of standardized trainings like the Mental Health Commission of Canada’s Mental Health First Aid program.  A big believer in the importance of self care for staying mentally resilient, you’ll find Elizabeth exploring New Brunswick’s beautiful trails with her Weimaraner pup (pronounced “WHY-muh-ran-er”) Ruby in her downtime.
