We’re told to brush it off or just be strong and never fully feel our unpleasant experiences which results in them being unresolved. However, these ways are practiced unconsciously but little do we know that it affects and serves us in our adulthood. We were so conditioned to think, act and believe otherwise that we lose our authentic selves in the process.
