Episode 16 - Calvin Chrustie The Northern Sentinels Podcast

    • Society & Culture

On this episode, I'm joined by Calvin Chrustie. A proud Winnipeger, Cal grew up on the boundary between the right and the wrong side of the tracks. He learned a lot about grit and resilience from having a foot in both worlds. Fortunately, strong values and work ethic landed him on the good side of the law. Literally. After university, he joined the RCMP and spent the next 32 years working everything from organized crime, to UN operations, to hostage negotiations. After retiring from the Mounties, Cal started a business focused on dealing with critical risks for governments, corporations, and individuals. He is especially passionate about educating people on the threats associated with hybrid warfare.
Show notes:
RCMP Basic Training
Hall and Ridsdel Kidnapping
Book Recommendation - The Mosaic Effect
Entertain Recommendation in Vancouver - The Grouse Grind
