62 | Finding Ways To Thread Your Experiences Together with Brooke Gasaway Shine at Work®

    • Careers

In this week’s episode, I talk with Brooke Gasaway.  As a kid, Brooke wanted to be a teacher, but like all of us, as she got into school, other interests came forward and she started her career as an architect.  But even as an architect, her favorite part of the work was communicating with clients and the feelings that came with the designs.  But it was a great job, she should like it, she was successful.  She fueled her soul with side projects, non-profit work.  “I had about a decade of learning about myself a little bit at a time”.  She moved into a role training architects (aka teacher!) and she realized that was a bridge to a new career in employee experience.  Now she designs career & culture experiences versus physical spaces.
