The fact is that there are career skills that go beyond the scope of our job and a lot of people are not cognizant of them. Our  guest today is  Mark Herschberg, and as well as being  a startup executive for the past 20 years has taught for a class called ‘Career Success Accelerator’ at the Massachusetts institute of Technology. He has now written a book called  The Career Toolkit: Essential Skills for Success That No One Taught You andto a he is here to share with us how to develoip those skills and how applhy them to your own career.
