This podcast is about being addicted to bettering yourself and your life and being in love with the life you are living. It means living your truth and finding the things that light you up, no matter what that looks like. This podcast will encompass all things that I believe contribute to holistic health: nutrition, lifestyle, relationships, money, career, spirituality, physical activity, mindset, health, environment, creativity, etc.

Today's guest

Richard Jacobs is an Entrepreneur, Podcast Host, and Inventor of America's first custom tailored pillow. As someone who had struggled with sleep, Richard sought relief for years with no success. Richard understands, first-hand, how sleep deprivation can eat away at your soul, how it can strain every moment of your work and family life. Once he realized how serious this problem is he decided to create the solution to this problem that he shares with 150 million people in the United States. After lengthy research, Richard was inspired to ignite The Good Night’s Sleep Project™, a movement to design the perfect pillow. He quickly discovered that one size does NOT fit all and teamed up with professional tailors from all over the world to perfect a system of measuring and tailoring custom pillows to end sleepless nights for good.
