Welcome to Episode 79 of the Daily 3 Minute Mantra Podcast with Aaralyn Shiri! Today's mantra Mama Deva, which are the last few words of the Twameva prayer we just completed!
In this episode, I talk a little bit about Sanskrit pronunciation and some of the different things you will see written, and how it affects the meaning of the words. Today's mantra, "Mama Deva," means you are my god. In this context, mama does not mean mother. In other mantras, "ma" does mean the divine feminine/mother.
So come back to the present moment and sing with me for 3 minutes. Humming is great, too! Just connect with your body and feel the vibrations. ~Aaralyn
