Dan has coached athletes for over 30 years, and has written numerous books in the field of strength training and lifestyle such as 'Attempts', 'Never Let Go', 'Mass Made Simple', etc.

In this episode we discuss habits - how you are the sum of all your habits; Dan also sheds light on tools such as 'shark habits' and the 'pirate map'.
