In February 2022, we hosted a webinar on central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) and cryptocurrency with Carolyn Wilkins, external member of the Bank of England's Financial Policy Committee and former Sr. Deputy Governor of the Bank of Canada.
Our discussion focused on understanding how CBDCs operate and what makes them different from cryptocurrency. We also talked about/debated if there's a way they can co-exist.
