Great Kate!

Josh - I love this podcast! And listening to your talk with Kate was enlightening and inspiring. There's so much to explore and learn and I share a lot of the same skepticism you both expressed during the course of your talk, but also openness to different forms of spirituality and healing. I was raised Catholic and have been shedding some of the guilt, and also learning not to be guided by "shoulds" that Kate talked about. I love Louise Hay and affirmations too, and have had the pleasure of going to Marianne Williamson's lectures a few times in my new home of New York. Thanks and keep up the good talks!
