Genuine pleasure
Hearing these two just banter is already awesome, the mix of cast and crew coming in, other guests like Shea Serrano, makes this so much fun and interesting! Can’t wait to hear the new podcast each week!
This Podcast was Amazing! And then it wasn't.
The first season of this podcast is great! I loved hearing about the filming of the show and behind-the-scenes information. As we go into the second season and beyond, it becomes less about the show and more about random topics including many episodes where the guys just try to get free stuff from companies.
I persisted because the behind-the-scenes stuff is still great, but the rest of the banter (including lots of very NSFW topics) was starting to decrease my enjoyment not only of the podcast but of Scrubs itself.
As I got into Season 5 and beyond, now I just fast forward through everything that's not about Scrubs, and I enjoy those 15 minutes and go on to the next episode. And any episode with Bill Lawrence or Sarah Chalke on is always amazing!
This podcast has been a great impetus to rewatch Scrubs. It's still a great and hilarious sitcom!
Warning: this pod will make you happy
You have no clue how much I love this podcast. Somehow, despite my incredible love for Scrubs from the time it originally aired, NOBODY in my circle got the memo. I have wanted for 20 years to be able to shout “EEEEAGLE!!!!” to someone or to discuss the gut-punch of Ben’s funeral or to reference Nurse Roberts’ above-ground pool party, but there was no point. Now, this podcast delights me not only with the real-life friendships that so obviously exist among the Scrubs fam today, but also it has become that inside joke that I so desperately wanted.
