Timothy Olyphant Episode
I love this podcast. I started listening after The Loney Island and Seth Myers podcast started so Seth clearly enticed me to listen. The Timothy Olyphant episode made me laugh so much I cried! My favourite guest! Thank you!!
Great concept
I don’t disagree that it’s great when the focus of the conversation stays on family trips. It’s what you do that’s different from anyone else, and it’s entirely relatable. Love it! But your audience, with the possible exception of Tracy in Wisconsin (and I don’t discount her), knows exactly who Lorne is, without any need of a surname to confirm, and we’re more than happy to hear about him when stories come up organically in conversation. I know this comes entirely out of left field, but if your guests are stand up comedians or SNL cast/alumni then talk of routines and auditions and common acquaintances will arise organically. Shocking, I know. Who could ever see it coming? And pretty hard to avoid when everyone from Anne Murray to Dua Lipa has done SNL, so what are you going to do about it? It doesn’t need to be the focus of the show, but anecdotes in increments of a couple of minutes here and there are interesting and fun…and nothing to be annoyed about. And I’ll go off topic while I’m here to comment that the Thanksgiving episode of Late Night is the one that I make sure I don’t miss every year. Thanks for the entertainment!
Come for the stories but be sure to stay for Josh’s diddy’s
Really get to know all families are the same! Love you guys,Hilarious!
