A lively, off-the-cuff conversation hosted by Tuesday Ryan-Hart and Tim Merry on large-scale systems change and equity. Together, Tim and Tuesday are THE OUTSIDE - systems change and equity facilitators who bring the fresh air necessary to organize movements, organizations, and collaborators forward for progress, surfacing new mindsets for greater participation and shared impact.
In this podcast, we’ll share our greatest light-bulb moments as we advance our own understanding of this work. We’re doing it live, and inviting you in. Welcome! As Tim says in the first episode: reflection is too important to leave to chance. These conversations give us (and you!) a chance to slow down, catch our breath, and see our space and our work more clearly.

Emergence...

I just listened to the episode with Kate Inglis and am really digging it. With some experience in developmental evaluation, I am so happy to be able to 'listen in' on your conversation about emergence, aligned views, marvelling together at the not knowing and the wonder of the difficulty of trying. It's so nice to hear folks speaking the language!

And to hear you chat with Kate about your branding and process was timely. I recently made the leap to focus fully on my business and feel like I've been thinking/listening/reading all things branding as of late. Thanks for this!

Love the podcast and insights you both share - keep them coming!

They energize, illuminate - and they’re funny!

Listening to these guys is like taking vitamins for my work/activist immune system. These episodes recharge my batteries. Not to mention the format/production of this podcast (with passionate and creative hosts who have tons of charisma) is so easy to listen to and engages the creative side of your brain through poems and music. It’s a well-balanced dive into the heady world of systems change. Have told all my friends to start listening.

So relevant for change-makers

So relevant for people working in systems and organizational change, particularly in spaces that seems full of potential but stuck. Gives me hope that things are possible! Thank you!
