I’ve been in the trenches with some of the best performers in the world – some who shift how we conceive what’s possible — others who have pushed their own boundaries — ranging from hall of fame athletes to action sport game-changers, entrepreneurs, Mixed Martial Artists, to musicians who influence the rhythm of the world. I’m Dr. Michael Gervais, and I’m excited to decode the many paths toward mastery and provide applied practices that we can all use to be and do more in our lives.

Great interviewing approach

Michael’s interviewing approach is so eloquently tailored to each of his guests. He has an innate sense to gauge where he can dive deep with his questions. And what a pleasure to hear the responses from so many diverse individuals at the tip of the arrow!!
This podcast more ads than when it started, but I am fine with listening to all of them as a means to support the work Michael is doing. I appreciate his selection of sponsors, and have looked into and bought some of their products🙂

Love your stuff!

Brother I really enjoy your podcast. I love how you dig vulnerability out of your guests in such a respectful way. I always learn something out of every show and have lots to reflect on!

I’m speechless

I’ve resisted for a long time not to review this podcast.

It has become a very good marketing strategy to say I’m not this or that and then repeat what every body else is saying. The host says I’m not a motivational speaker but I challenge everyone to google what he says and see many other people who have said the same thing. He has absolutely nothing original to say, but that’s not even the main issue here.

Worse than that is to bring e.g. a professional murderer, that is somebody whose job is to kill, and introduce him as a “master” and somebody on the path “mastery.”

And the latest one is again an interview with an unknown person who has nothing convincing to say about his family role apartheid and instead makes up a story about some people in another country and says he doesn’t think humans are not born with ill will. It’s so bizarre and upsetting how somebody is promoting violence and false information under the title of mastery you’re speechless.

Man, stop doing this you’re making so much money you can’t even count. You really don’t need to do this. Use your charismatic voice, that’s essentially the only thing you have which is a great gift, for good genuinely.
