    In today's episode I talked about meditation, morning routines and primarily manifesting and how what we think and speak makes a huge difference it's all about feeling the feeling as if you already have whatever it is that you want to manifest. If we are thinking I want that or saying it must be nice to have that, that is a lack mindset and therefore you will not get whatever you are trying to manifest into your life. If we are thinking and feeling as if we have already received it and showing gratitude and thanking God for what we want but thanking him in the present moment as if he is already given it to us because he has given it to us we have just not caught up to it yet. so I hope you enjoy this episode and leave me a comment on what else you would like to learn.     Ep. 34 Part 3 of finding your passion series.

    So today I am going to talk to you about the last 2, coincidences and eliminating limiting beliefs. Coincidences or also known as synchronicities or i like to call it manifesting. Where maybe you were thinking of someone and then they call or text you. Have you been running late and hoping there's a close parking spot and as you pull up someone starts pulling out of a spot right by the door. How about you are thinking about getting family photos done but have no idea about any photographers and when you talk to someone they bring up that they just got pictures taken recently and they loved how they turned out. Is this a coincidence or maybe there's more to it. The energy we put out into the world is what we get back whether good or bad. So going back to when you wrote down your life experiences, what did you manifest? Were some of these just coincidences or were you putting out the energy that attracted it to you? Have you heard of the law of attraction? What we think is what we get. If you’re thinking life sucks, I never get…….. Then that is exactly what will happen right? Right! I can tell you personally when I was thinking in a victim mentality, life sure served me up a huge plate of victimhood. Eliminating limiting beliefs So we all have BS(belief systems) and of course we want to keep the BS that is working for us but we want to eliminate BS that is not. The question is, how do we know? How do we become aware of the ones that are not working for us the way that we want. This is why it is so important to do the work of going through our life experiences. This will help not only tell us what patterns are not working but will give us an idea of the BS that formed those patterns. Now that we are aware of the patterns and the mindset that got us into those patterns we can start looking for ways to change the way we believe. Life doesn't have to be the way we've been doing life. Relationships for example don't have to keep repeating the way we've been doing them. We have the power and capability to rewrite the way we think. Let's just pause here for a moment. Close your eyes and think of a belief system that you want to change, just one. Now in your mind, imagine how you want it to be. Whether it's a relationship, money, whatever limiting belief you have that you want to change. Picture yourself doing it differently so the outcome is exactly how you want it to be. But you say Heather im stuck, I don't know how to go from point a to point b. No problem! We live in a technological world where everything is at our fingertips. Seek out people who are doing things the way you envision yourself doing whatever it is you are wanting to change. When I am coaching my clients, this is a huge part of the transformation. We must weed out these old limiting belief systems and replace them with a new way of thinking, believing and doing things. So once we become aware of one limiting belief system then that opens the door to others and that causes a snowball effect and we start to see evidence that it is possible to change the way we think about things. This in effect starts creating a new reality and shows us that we are the creator of our lives. We don't have to give away our power to the old ways of thinking or doing. You NOW hold the power in your own hands. That's why this step is one of the MOST important steps. If you want to find your passion and create and live a life that you truly want, then we have to do the work and push through these barriers. What is passion and how do we find what lights us up and brings us joy deep in our soul. I talked about stepping stones to finding our passion and purpose. We need to recognize what our talents and skills are. From the ones that bring us joy to the ones that yes, we are good at something but does not bring us joy. Maybe we learned certain skills because we needed to. Whether it was to survive or maybe it was for a job.
