Wonderfully relatable!
At first I thought this would be another health and fitness podcats that would leave me feeling worse about myself and/or annoyed by the condescending hosts... but this group of women come across as friendly and relatable. One of my favourite take-aways so far is that instead of fearing weight gain, I need to view it as gaining health and gaining a life. That was a huge mind shift for me. Thank you so much!
Amazing!
I have been listening to a fit and fearless podcast every day this week on my morning walk. It puts me in such a good head space for the day and sets me up for positivity. All of the podcasts are motivating, knowledgeable, and relatable. Keep doing what you're doing ladies!❤️
Positive, healthy, happy!
